Pele – The King of Soccer
Brazilian soccer player Pele is coming from a very poor family and now he is one of the most popular figure in the modern sport industry. His father was also one great footballer and he was playing for Fluminense in Brazilian league. SO, it is very natural that Pele also followed his father’s footsteps. Originally he was not called Pele. There was rumor that this was the nickname which he got from his primary school.
He was coming from such a poor family than he even can’t afford soccer equipment’s or soccer ball as well. He has done work of shining shoes to earn some extra money which helped him to make a soccer ball by stitching newspapers. He made his own team which got a nick name the shoeless ones. Reason of giving this nickname to his team is because none of the member from his team could afford shoed to play soccer.
